Nerdy Chef: Carribean Pulled Pork with Mango Pineapple Chutney via Chef J


Chutney
2 whole fresh mangos 
1 bunch of cilantro 
1/2 of a pinepple
2oz of lime juice 
1. Cut ingredients into small diced fruit and rough chop the cilantro
2. Toss all ingredients with lime juice 
3. Chill for 30 minutes


Pork Butt 
1. Rub with Carribean Jerk seasoning, Cayenne Pepper, and Salt and Pepper
2. Soak the meat in Dr. Pepper about halfway through the pan.
3. Cover with foil and cook for 8hrs at 225.
4. Once out the oven pull apart with tongs and enjoy over rice or plantains.
