Seared Salmon Salad
Dressing
1/3 cup of sesame oil
1/2 cup of rice wine vinegar
1/4 oz of soy sauce (optional based on diet)
6oz Salmon Steak rubbed with old bay and dill
1/4 of a pound of mixed greens
1oz of matchstick carrots for garnish
4 cherry tomatoes
1. Sear the salmon 3 minutes on each side till firm and medium rare
2. Toss mixed greens with dressing and lay on plate
3. Lay seared salmon on salad
4. Drizzle Salmon with extra dressing and top with matvhstick carrots
